The Honda CR-V has 7.8-8.2 inches of ground clearance. This is because the drivetrains that may be equipped in the CR-V because both the 2WD and AWD configurations have their own ground clearance. If your Honda CR-V uses AWD, its ground clearance measures 8.2in, and in 2WD, the ground clearance will measure 7.8 inches.

My service advisor, Brayden, was very kind, patient and helpful. There was also a woman (I hate to say I didn't catch her name) who was very helpful and kind. I went to buy a used car from them and had a very smooth transaction. Carter was particularly helpful. We did not finance or buy extra warranties through them, but they still helped us without a lot of hard sales pitches or delaying tactics. We were actually in and out in about a hour and half, so that was exactly what I needed.

The service advisor team did a great job in servicing my Pilot during a very busy time. I was kept informed and was provided a loaner during the time of service. The service drive manager and service director were great in making sure things were moving forward.

I was told the process would take about 1.5 hours to complete.
They finished in 1.25 hours and they even wasted and vacuumed the CRV.

Been servicing my Honda here under prior dealership name for 5 years. My only complaint is the pricing for the front facing camera was $500 over what is available at most OEM parts dealers online. Not happy with parts price but otherwise, they did a good job so far.

Service was great today. Just wish they would remember to return the driver seat to the position they received it at. I'm 5'8" and the drivers there must all be 5' because my knees hit the dash every time I pick my car up! I don't believe the service writer was the one who moved the seat.
I’ve noticed a lot has changed in the service department since my last visit. My previous experience wasn’t great, but this time around things were much better.
