The service advisor team did a great job in servicing my Pilot during a very busy time. I was kept informed and was provided a loaner during the time of service. The service drive manager and service director were great in making sure things were moving forward.
Everyone is so professional, from the time I'm greeted at my vehicle and the salesperson lesson to my concerns, to the technician explaining the recommendations for my ridgeline. The prices are very reasonable. Sterling McCall Honda is a great place to get your automobile needs addressed.

The wait wasn't long in dropping off my car. Im hoping to have same experience again.
Been servicing my Honda here under prior dealership name for 5 years. My only complaint is the pricing for the front facing camera was $500 over what is available at most OEM parts dealers online. Not happy with parts price but otherwise, they did a good job so far.
The service rep, Jessie Ybarra, was great. Jessie is very accommodating and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
The workers take time to explain the work being done and they’re extremely helpful.

Service was great today. Just wish they would remember to return the driver seat to the position they received it at. I'm 5'8" and the drivers there must all be 5' because my knees hit the dash every time I pick my car up! I don't believe the service writer was the one who moved the seat.
I’ve noticed a lot has changed in the service department since my last visit. My previous experience wasn’t great, but this time around things were much better. Communication, service, and overall delivery all improved noticeably. I hope the team continues maintaining this level of service going forward.

Dealer trade in value online was $31k when I arrived and showed the trade in appraisal he offered $28k max and said the online appraisal is AI. Car was a 2026 with 10k miles. Then kept saying he’s giving a deal on the car when all that was lowered was the money factor. Only received the manufacturers discount and Honda loyalty. Pretty crappy dealership when it comes to getting a good price for a vehicle.

I've only dealt with Sales many many years ago when I purchased a 2015 Civic. Since then I haven't been happy with sales. Service people I've only with may 3 or 4. Vickie or Carlos are the 2 main people I deal with and they are fantastic. They both are on point on keeping you updated during the time of your vehicle being serviced and let you know exactly when it's ready. Always a pleasure dealing with Vicki who's a consumate professional.
