They have some bad reviews and honestly, I never had good experience here until this month.
Had the electronic steering go out on my 2013 Crosstour and my mechanic would not touch it. Nor would 3 others with the last saying there was a service bulletin out on this issue, and I had to go to dealer. Last thing I wanted to hear.

My service advisor, Brayden, was very kind, patient and helpful. There was also a woman (I hate to say I didn't catch her name) who was very helpful and kind. They helped me with my things as I was juggling my toddler, carseat, diaper bags, purse, shopping bags and drinks as well as patiently dealing with a toddlers shenanigans and listening to my concerns and answering my questions with smiles on their faces. I would most definitely recommend this dealership for service needs!!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!
Was very happy with the choice to stop by Group1 Honda. Jack Higgins was great with providing the information I needed. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase. I went to another dealer with a different brand in mind but with the experience with Jack and Group1 team, I know Honda is the right choice for after sale services and support.

I went to buy a used car from them and had a very smooth transaction. Carter was particularly helpful. We did not finance or buy extra warranties through them, but they still helped us without a lot of hard sales pitches or delaying tactics. We were actually in and out in about a hour and half, so that was exactly what I needed.
Very professional and efficient….. I was 20 minutes late but they got me in quickly and did exactly what they said they would do. Told me what needed to be done and they did it. No high pressure to have a lot of extras.

I had my car in for oil change and check up and they did a great job and even washed it and told me that I am going to need to bring it in for a brake job but I have time! Carlos was very nice and helped me to connect my new cell phone to my car cause I was not able to connect my contacts to the phone!

The service advisor team did a great job in servicing my Pilot during a very busy time. I was kept informed and was provided a loaner during the time of service. The service drive manager and service director were great in making sure things were moving forward.
