The Pilot has up to 5,000lbs of towing capacity. Adding to the wide-ranging capabilities of the Honda Pilot, every 2WD model of the Pilot can tow 3,500lbs while the all-wheel drive trim produces a towing capability of 5,000 pounds. There are seven different models offered for the Honda Pilot and a few of them have 2-wheel drive ability if you prefer it. The TrailSport, Elite, and Black Edition trim levels are the only trims that don’t have 2WD as a choice.

The Pilot has 280hp, standard. Each Honda Pilot model uses the same 24-Valve SOHC 3.5L V6 for quite a durable performance. The base 9-speed automatic transmission is also used for any Honda Pilot trim to provide a relaxed drive and smoother shifting.
The Honda Pilot curb weight is 4,030-4,321 pounds. The weight for the Pilot is impacted by the model and drivetrain that’s equipped, with most 2WD trims having a lower weight than the other AWD models. The Sport 2WD trim levels produce the lightest weight at 4,030lbs while the Pilot Black Edition AWD is the largest at 4,321 pounds.
The Pilot has a ground clearance of around 7.3-7.9in. Most of the Pilot trim levels use the same ground clearance of 7.3in. However, the TrailSport trim level is the lone model with 7.9 inches of clearance due to the premier TrailSport styling that are perfect for those who live for adventure.

My service advisor, Brayden, was very kind, patient and helpful. There was also a woman (I hate to say I didn't catch her name) who was very helpful and kind. They helped me with my things as I was juggling my toddler, carseat, diaper bags, purse, shopping bags and drinks as well as patiently dealing with a toddlers shenanigans and listening to my concerns and answering my questions with smiles on their faces. I went to buy a used car from them and had a very smooth transaction. Carter was particularly helpful. We did not finance or buy extra warranties through them, but they still helped us without a lot of hard sales pitches or delaying tactics. We were actually in and out in about a hour and half, so that was exactly what I needed.

The service advisor team did a great job in servicing my Pilot during a very busy time. I was kept informed and was provided a loaner during the time of service. The service drive manager and service director were great in making sure things were moving forward.

Customer service is excellent!

I was told the process would take about 1.5 hours to complete.
They finished in 1.25 hours and they even wasted and vacuumed the CRV.

Been servicing my Honda here under prior dealership name for 5 years. My only complaint is the pricing for the front facing camera was $500 over what is available at most OEM parts dealers online. Not happy with parts price but otherwise, they did a good job so far.

Service was great today. Just wish they would remember to return the driver seat to the position they received it at. I'm 5'8" and the drivers there must all be 5' because my knees hit the dash every time I pick my car up! I don't believe the service writer was the one who moved the seat.
I’ve noticed a lot has changed in the service department since my last visit. My previous experience wasn’t great, but this time around things were much better. Communication, service, and overall delivery all improved noticeably. I hope the team continues maintaining this level of service going forward.
